What is Administrative Law?

“Administrative Law” is the branch of Law that is responsible for regulating Public Administration. In its most extensive definition, we can say that it deals with regulating the organization, operation, powers, and duties of the Public Administration. Likewise, it is in charge of controlling and regulating the legal relations established between the Public Administration and others, whether they are companies, individuals, or other governments.
