MANAGING PARTNER
Our firm has the experience of more than 16 years in Labor and Corporate Law of Dr. Carolina Morán, who was General Director of Labor.
She is a labor consultant with extensive experience in preventive, corrective, and litigation advice for numerous multinational and local companies. Consultant of the International Labor Organization (ILO); Consultant for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Member of the Consultation Board of the Corte Suprema de Justicia, for reforms in labor matters.
Doctor in Private Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, Master in Business Law from the same University, Former Fellow of the Programa de Expertos Latinoamericanos en Relaciones Laborales of the ILO, Universidad Castilla-La Mancha of Spain and the Universitá di Bologna, Italy . Secretary General of the Asociación Salvadoreña y de la Centroamericana y del Caribe de Derecho del Trabajo, as well as being a member of the Board of Directors of the Asociación Iberoamericana. In the academic field, she is a professor of Labor Law at several Universities. Co-author of the Diccionario Internacional de Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social, which has been published by the Tirant Lo Blanch publishing house of Spain and is expected to be published in Portuguese and Spanish by the Editorial LTr of Brazil, Co-Author of the book “La Negociación Colectiva de los Empleados Públicos en España y en América Latina”, which has been printed in Valencia, Spain by the Editorial Tirant Lo Blanch. Author of the Código de Trabajo with jurisprudence and national and international concordances, which is in the process of being published, as well as the author of several essays on labor matters, speaker at countless seminars and conferences nationally and internationally.
